No passion isn’t a sin, and temptation isn’t even a sin. Even Jesus had temptation and the Bible teaches he never sinned.
However, over-lusting in your heart can be a sin, and giving in to sinful passions can be considered a sin. But there are many passions that are perfectly normal, and actually healthy and good for you. It is great to be passionate about life, love, work, faith, etc.
